Drywall

Yes, drywall will get its own post!  There are so many steps in this process...it's unbelievable!  An average person has no idea how much time is put into the drywall alone, when done correctly.  Luckily for me, Jason has many years experience.  Even though he thought he was done doing drywall, he found himself using his trade once again.  No matter how much he dislikes it, he does a wonderful job.  He's always wanted to hire this part out, but after seeing his work,  you'll understand why I didn't let him.

I was able to help spot the screws, so at least I was somewhat useful for a little bit.  :-)

Framing, Drywall, Plumbing....Oh My!

Another add-on!  While we were planning on waiting to do the majority of the master bathroom, we found ourselves ordering two more windows.  The one above the scaffolding and the one on the right side of the first picture below.  This is located in the southwest room.

Carlee finally has a closet!  She was super excited about this!

Carter's closet was changed a little bit; I don't believe this picture shows it.  However, was changed so that there was equal space on each side of the door.  It did make his closet a tad smaller, but it looks much nicer coming into his room and this big wall isn't in your face.  Looks much nicer.

First sheet of drywall being hung in Carlee's closet.

Some electrical work was done.  The one below is a heater for the walk-in shower. :-)

Had some help from a good friend.  Thanks Cal, for using up your free time to help out.  It was very much appreciated!  Pic below is in northeast room.

We also have our master plumber doing the rough-in for the bathroom.  What a nice job Chris Freund with Marathon Plumbing Service does.

Next up....the rest of the drywall process.  There are too many steps in that process, so I'll create a new post.
